A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Ann Cooper has been working as a chef for over 30 years. She has held positions with Holland American Cruises, Radisson Hotels, Telluride Ski Resorts, as well as with the Putney Inn in Vermont. She is author of four cookbooks, and served as President of the American Culinary Federation of Central Vermont. She has also worked as a board member for Women’s Chef’s and Restaurateurs, and has served on the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Organic Standards Board.
