Keith Greene grew up living upstairs from his family’s Southampton restaurant BK’s Southampton Restaurant and Saloon. This is where Keith got his first taste of cooking and the restaurant business. At only 13 years old he began working the line and really excelled at his station. After the restaurant was sold, Keith began working at the local fish market, where he learned all the ins and outs of the catering business. He later moved on to work at another local restaurant, where he once again excelled at his station and quickly moved his way up the line. Over the next few years Keith spent time working at various restaurants throughout Long Island, Miami, and even the Caribbean. He eventually moved back to New York where he was offered the Sous Chef position as JLX. He eventually worked his way up to become the executive chef in this massive restaurant, and will soon be working in the new location in New York City as well.
