At the age of 12, Les Kincaid moved from his home in Dayton, Ohio to live with his father and step-mother. After meeting his step-grandfather, a retired executive chef, Les discovered his true passion for food and cooking. At age 14, Les had received his first culinary job, and claims to have been cooking ever since. In addition to hosting both his own radio show and TV series, Les also teaches cooking and wine appreciation classes at The University of Nevada Las Vegas. He has also spent the last 20 years providing consulting services to various restaurants and businesses across the United States.
