Stephen Aspirino has had a passion for cooking since a very young age. Growing up, he always knew that he wanted to establish himself as an influential person in the hospitality industry. After graduating high school Stephen went straight to the Culinary Institute of America, where he received his formal cooking training. After completing his four years there, Stephen went on the further his education and get an edge over the competition, by attending Cornell University, where he received a degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Stephen then went on to become one of the youngest Sommeliers in the country, when he went to work for Nob Hill at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Although he loved working as a Sommelier, Stephen desperately wanted to return to his original passion in the kitchen. He went on to work for several restaurants within the Myriad Restaurant Group, and later decided to launch his own restaurant concept, Food Real, a gourmet, quick-service restaurant.
