Tori Ritchie has been writing about food and cooking for the last 20 years. Growing up in San Francisco, one of the best food cities in the United States, Tori was able to experience a variety of cuisines and cooking styles. She was given the opportunity to study at Tante Marie’s Cooking School, and after graduating, went to work at Chez Panisse Café. Since then she has spent numerous years teaching cooking through various television programs. In addition, she is a frequent contributor to Bon Appétit Magazine and a volunteer for the Food Runners Organization. Tori also spends part of each year teaching at the Tante Marie Cooking School as well as Draeger’s Cooking School.
