Biography

With his “Seven Words You Can Never Say On Television” routine, George Carlin became a stand-up comedy legend for his wry observations on foul language, religion and modern America. Named the second greatest stand-up comedian of all time by Comedy Central (Richard Pryor was first), George Carlin can be cited as an influence to many of today’s most popular comics, including Jon Stewart and Bill Maher. Since the 1960s, George Carlin performed his routines on late night television, and ever since has released best-selling comedy albums, including “Class Clown” and “A Place For My Stuff,” and recorded HBO specials, such as “Carlin at Carnegie.” He also appeared in films, including “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure” and “Dogma.” His first book, “Brain Droppings,” became a best seller.

A George Carlin appearance on stage guarantees laughs for an audience. If you’d like to arrange for a George Carlin speaker engagement or George Carlin endorsement, all it takes is one call or email to TSE and we’ll get to work on it right away.

George Carlin Speaker

In his stand-up routines, George Carlin speaker topics often include unlikely comedic fodder, like natural disasters, genocide and religion, but each George Carlin speaker appearance manages to bring laughs from the audience.

George Carlin Appearance

A George Carlin appearance opened the very first episode of “Saturday Night Live” in 1975. Since then, George Carlin appearances have continued to occur regularly, such as in his sitcom “The George Carlin Show,” and in film and comedy albums. For his body of work, Carlin was given a lifetime achievement award at the 2001 American Comedy Awards.

George Carlin Endorsement

George Carlin’s voice can be heard as a VW bus in the hit movie “Cars,” a former hippie in the TV show “The Simpsons” and a wizard in “Happily N’ever After.” With his long and distinguished career, a George Carlin endorsement will say a lot about your company or product.
