Although at 5’7” she is often considered “too short” to be a successful model, that never stopped Josie Maran. Instead, after being discovered at the age of 12 at a local barbecue restaurant, Josie Maran went on to her first Glamour magazine cover in 1998.

After the first Josie Maran appearance in Glamour, she went on to be the featured Guess? Girl in their summer 1998 and fall 1998 campaigns. There was even a Josie Maran appearance in a Backstreet Boys music video in which she gets bitten on the neck by “Count Dracula” (played by Howie D).
