Trading Spaces calls Frank Bielec the “King of Country” because of his big heart, big ideas, and wild style. Born and raised in Texas, Frank credits his upbringing for his one of a kind creations that are the perfect combination of coziness and style. Frank didn’t always plan on making a career out of design, although he has a tremendous passion for art, he originally decided to become a teacher. But, after spending several years as both an art and social studies teacher, Frank became frustrated by the rigid testing systems in the school, and the overall lack of creativity and experimental learning going on. So, he decided to make a second career as a florist, while still selling his art on the side. Eventually, he founded his company Mosey n’ me with his wife, a design business that specializes crafts and cross stitch patterns. Today, Frank Bielec is known by most as one of the most creative and outgoing designers on the hit TLC show, Trading Spaces, where he is able to exhibit his flair for unique creations and rooms for people all across the nation to see.
