James Lunday began his career as a carpenter while studying graphic design at the Sydney Institute of Technology in Australia. After graduating James decided to go work as a carpenter for his grandfathers business. While working, he was noticed by the people at the hit Australian television series, Changing Rooms, for his incredible carpentry and design skills. After spending a few years as host of the program, he moved to the United States where he worked as the lead carpenter on TLC’s hit program, In a Fix. Today, James owns his own carpentry business, Lunday Construction, where he does everything from simple re-models to entire rebuilds.
