Kyan Douglas has been interested in style since a very young age. He claims to always have been fascinated with his mother’s beauty products and would often try making his own in the blender. Kyan eventually decided he wanted to make a career out of style, so he moved to New York where he attended the Aveda Institute for styling and grooming. He then went on to attend cosmetology school and received a job at a salon as a colorist. He then began working on several makeover shows on TLC, including What Not to Wear and While You Were Out. Finally, Kyan was offered a job on the series Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. Today, Kyan lives in Los Angeles, where he is host of the series Ten Years Younger, as well as a certified Yoga instructor.
