Although he never planned for a career in the entertainment industry, today Peter Marr is a stand-up comedian, actor, and television host. He got his big break after moving from his home state of Nebraska to Dallas, Texas where he claims to have been bit by the acting bug. While working on an independent film there, he was spotted by the director of the 1950’s horror movie spoof, Armadillo. Since then he has done work on several other independent films, and was cast on the CBS soap opera, The Bold and the Beautiful. Peter is probably known by most as host of the HGTV show, Kitchen Accomplished. On the show is works with a team of designers and carpenters to remodel do-it-yourself kitchen disasters. In addition to hosting the show, he also spends most of his free time doing stand-up comedy routines in The Comedy Store and The Improv, in Los Angeles.
