Biography

So many athletes today seem to be more interested in self-promotion then quietly going about their business of helping a team win games. That’s what Eddie Murray was all about. He didn’t talk to the media much, and when he did it wasn’t to talk about what a great baseball player he was. But the numbers tell the story, and the 1977 Rookie of the Year and eight-time All-Star belted 504 home runs in his career with more than 3,200 hits. Known as “Steady Eddie,” Murray was one of the best switch hitters of all-time and also a great hitter in the clutch. Primarily a first baseman, Murray played for six teams during his 20-year career but is known mostly for his time with the Baltimore Orioles, where he was a fan favorite and a big part of the team’s World Series victory in 1983. He was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility.

It’s no secret that Eddie Murray doesn’t actively seek out opportunities for public appearances, but if you are interested in an Eddie Murray speaker appearance or Eddie Murray endorsement TSE can help you get the job done. Contact us today and let us go to work for you.

Eddie Murray Speaker

There were not all that many Eddie Murray speaker appearances as a player, but he made a memorable speech upon his induction into the Hall of Fame. He brought the crowd of more than 30,000 to their feet as he thanked his teammates and his fans, which is what everyone expected from a player who knows there is no “I” in team.

Eddie Murray Appearance

If you browse through the Major League Baseball record book, it won’t take long to find multiple Eddie Murray appearances. His 1,917 RBIs rank among the best of all-time, and along with legends like Willie Mays and Hank Aaron he is one of the few players to hit 500 home runs and compile 3,000 hits.

Eddie Murray Endorsement

Eddie Murray was a humble, hard worker, and those qualities make an Eddie Murray endorsement something special. He has earned the respect of millions of fans all over the country, and they are sure to respond to an Eddie Murray endorsement deal.
