Marvin Hagler is a former boxer, who was the undisputed world middleweight champion between 1980 and 1987. Ring Magazine named him the 17th greatest fighter of the past 80 years in 2007, and he was inducted into both the International and World Boxing Hall of Fames. Hagler was ranked as the number one middleweight boxer for several years before he could fight for the title, but he eventually defeated Alan Minter in 1979 to win his first World Title. Over his career Hagler collected 62 wins, 52 which were knockouts, and only 3 losses.
