He got his nickname “Boom Boom” as a result of his wild, whirlwind fighting style, which helped him to 29 wins, 23 of which were knockouts, and only 5 losses over his career. Since retiring from fighting, Mancini has worked as a commentator for ESPN’s Friday Night Fights, as well as for a Chicago Sports Webio Broadcast, Chet and the Champ.
