Biography

Randy Cross was a renowned high school shot put champion in the Southern California CIF from 1970 to 1972. With this skill of throwing and his heft, it’s only natural than when he tackled football, he began his career as a Center.

His football career was anything but ordinary. A Randy Cross appearance at the 1976 Rose Bowl championship helped UCLA win the title. In addition, Cross became a two-time All-American selection and was one of the most lauded players as he headed for the NFL.

Cross was selected in the second-round of the 1976 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers. His 13 years in the NFL included three All-Pro selections, three Pro Bowl selections and three Super Bowl championships. He was also the 49ers’ Offensive Lineman of the Year in 1986, 1987, and 1988 and was voted the 49ers’ Man of the Year in 1985 for his work in the community.

Randy Cross Speaker

From 1989 to 1993, Cross was a member of the CBS Sports team that covered the NFC playoffs and Super Bowl XXVI. He also served as an analyst for CBS Radio Sports’ coverage of Super Bowl XXIV. Cross later joined NBC Sports as a football analyst for NFL telecasts and a part-time analyst for Notre Dame football games. In 1998, he returned to CBS Sports as a game analyst before serving as a studio analyst on The NFL Today from 1999 to 2001. Cross soon returned to his game analyst duties in 2002. He is currently a co-host in The Opening Drive with Bob Pappa on the Sirius Radio NFL Network. With such extensive broadcasting experience, a Randy Cross speaker appearance offers the chance to have a winning professional who was no tonly experienced at the game, but is also experienced in talking about it.

Randy Cross Appearance

A Randy Cross appearance on the football field was always exciting for his fans, and now a Randy Cross appearance is always entertaining to those fans who want insightful commentary by an experienced player. As a result of all this experience, a Randy Cross appearance will excite your audience at your next corporate function or event.

Randy Cross Endorsement

A Randy Cross Endorsement brings credibility to a product the same way Randy Cross brings credibility to the games he calls. There’s no substitute for experience; and in the broadcasting world, Cross has experience; in the football world, Cross has experience; and in the marketing world, Cross has experience.
