Lute Olson has been a head coach for four decades and while being a coach has had many unbelievable achievements. He has led the Arizona Wildcats to a 1997 National Championship, four final four appearances, eighteen consecutive NCAA tournament appearances, and nine Pac-10 conference titles.

Olson is also a hall of famer, in 2002 he was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, and he has stated that is one of the most special things that have happened in his career. He is also just one of 38 head coaches in the NCAA to win 600 games or more. During his time at Arizona, he led the team to 15 consecutive 20 win seasons. He is only one of five coaches in NCAA history to have led a team to 24 or more 20 win seasons.
