But under Holmgren, they turned into one of the NFL’s premier teams and a Super Bowl champion. The coach has done the same with the Seattle Seahawks, and his legacy also includes several assistants who have gone on to be head coaches like Andy Reid, Jon Gruden and Steve Mariucci. Holmgren and his wife, Kathy, have four daughters and live in the Seattle area.
