Sparky Anderson, a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame, didn’t exactly look like a Hall of Famer early in his career. As a player, Sparky barely managed to hit over .200 in his one-year stint with the Philadelphia Phillies, but it was as a manager that he left his mark on the game. In 25 years on the bench for the Cincinnati Reds and Detroit Tigers, Anderson won three World Series titles and became the first manager to win the Fall Classic with both a National League and American League team. Sparky won nearly 2,200 games as a manager to rank fifth on the all-time list, and he twice won the American League Manager of the Year Award. He retired from managing in 1995 but still is a familiar face in the baseball world.
Any baseball fan would be thrilled to attend a Sparky Anderson speaker appearance and get the chance to meet the legend in person. TSE wants to make it as easy as possible for you to arrange. All it takes is one call or email and we’ll get started on the Sparky Anderson negotiations on your behalf.
**Sparky Anderson Speaker**
Some of the Sparky Anderson speaker appearances on the baseball diamond got him thrown out of the game when he disagreed a bit too strongly with umpires, but unless you are hosting an umpire’s convention he is guaranteed to be a popular speaker.
**Sparky Anderson Appearance**
The former manager has developed a strong media presence with more than two decades of work, including Sparky Anderson appearances on TV shows like “WKRP in Cincinnati” and the Disney movie “Tiger Town.” He’s also been a radio and TV announcer for the Tigers and Angels.
**Sparky Anderson Endorsement**
Although Sparky is best known in the Midwest as the manager in Cincinnati and Detroit, he is certainly well known all around the country, and a Sparky Anderson endorsement is a sure winner.
