The first Kerry Getz appearance on the amateur skateboarding scene was at the age of nine. Now a professional skateboarder, Getz is also the founder and owner of Nocturnal Skateshop, a skateboard shop in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He won medals in the 2000 and 2001 X Games, and bagged the gold medal in the first street skateboarding X-Games event. He also placed second in Street Best Trick.

Known for his nickname “Hockey Temper” given to him by Bam Margera, Getz has long been a friend of the CKY Crew.
