Over his 16-year NFL career, Chris Chandler threw for nearly 30,000 yards and 170 touchdowns and also was the only quarterback to ever lead the Atlanta Falcons to the Super Bowl. A native of Everett, Washington, Chandler stayed close to home to play college football at the University of Washington, where he set numerous passing records before graduating with a degree in economics. The Indianapolis Colts selected him in the 1988 NFL Draft, and Chandler would later play for the Buccaneers, Cardinals, Rams, Oilers and Bears. But he was best known as the quarterback of the Falcons, and he was twice selected to the NFL Pro Bowl while playing in Atlanta.
