Marcus Allen began his phenomenal football career at the University of Southern California where in 1981 he won the Heisman Trophy, where he was also a consensus All-America choice and was named College Player of the Year by Football News. He is also in the College Football Hall of Fame.
Marcus Allen played in the NFL for 16 years with the Kansas City Chiefs and Oakland Raiders. He was a six time Pro Bowler and was the MVP of Super Bowl XVIII. Allen also held the NFL record for most consecutive games with 100 or more rushing yards.
In 1998, Marcus Allen joined CBS as a studio analyst for the networks NFL broadcast team. He is also featured on NFL Today along with Jim Nantz, Craig James, Randy Cross, Jerry Glanville and Mike Ditka.
