Biography

Cristie Kerr started playing golf at the age of eight. A Cristie Kerr appearance on the amateur golf scene led her to win the 1994 Junior Orange Bowl International Golf Championship, and she was the 1995 American Junior Golf Association Junior Player of the Year.

In 1996, a Cristie Kerr made her debut appearance in the professional golf, playing on both the Futures Tour and Players West Tour. Her first professional victory came at the Ironwood FUTURES Classic. Later that year, she tied for sixth at the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament. In 2002, she won her first LPGA title at the Longs Drugs Challenge. By 2004, Kerr was one of the leading players on the tour, with three tournament victories, and fifth place on the money list. She won two tournaments in 2005, helping her take the third spot on the money list. Kerr tied for second at the 2000 U.S. Women’s Open. Her performance in the Open tournament matched that of her performance in the 2006 Women’s British Open. In 2006, she won the Franklin American Mortgage Championship where she topped the tournament leaderboard with a 19 under par. With three wins, she was the only American to win more than one event on the LPGA Tour. In 2007, she won the United States Women’s Open Championship, her first major title. She was also a member of the United States Solheim Cup team in 2002, 2003, and 2005.

Off the course, Kerr is busy in her venture to fight breast cancer. She has organized charity events and games to donate to institutions and research. In fact, the LPGA and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation awarded Kerr the 2006 LPGA Komen Award thanks to her dedication to finding a cure for breast cancer through the foundation that she founded called Birdies for Breast Cancer. Most recently, there is a Cristie Kerr speaker appearance as the official spokesperson for Komen on the LPGA Tour to raise awareness and educate fans of all ages about breast health and what to do to help stop the disease.

**Cristie Kerr Appearance**

After ten years on Tour, Kerr continues her remarkable run as one of the world’s top female professional golfers. Starting the 2007 season with nine victories, a Cristie Kerr appearance in the US Women’s Open led her to her tenth victory and first major championship. Cristie and her teammates also went on to successfully defend their title at the prestigious biennial Solheim Cup.

**Cristie Kerr Endorsement**

Kerr’s journey to the top of the LPGA ranks began as a young phenomenon, detoured through struggles with confidence and weight, then accelerated with the help of a personal makeover, both physical and spiritual. Can a Cristie Kerr endorsement provide the same makeover for your company’s image? Find out with a Cristie Kerr endorsement arranged by TSE Speakers.
