Title: Former, NHL PlayerCam Neely was drafted by the Vancouver Canucks as the ninth overall pick in the 1983 NHL Draft after a stellar performance at the Western Hockey League, in which he led the Portland Winter Hawks to the Memorial Cup Championship. They became the first US-based team to claim the Cup.
