Matt Kenseth began stock car racing at the age of 16 and is now a driver for the Roush Fenway Racing team in the NASCAR Nextel Cup series. He began racing for the Busch series in 1996 when he made his debut at Lowe’s Motor Speedway. In 2006 he won the last two races of the Busch series. In 2007 he won the Stater Bros 300 at the California Speedway as well as the O’Reilly 300 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Kenseth also drives in the Winston Cup and Nextel Cup; he made his debut in 1998 and had the third best debut of any driver. In 2000 his entire team joined the Roush Racing organization and beat our Dale Earnhardt Jr.to win the Raybesto’s Rookie of the Year. He also won the Coca Cola 600 and was the only rookie to win the event. Matt became the NASCAR Winston Cup Champion in 2003, also the International Race of Champions in 2004.
