Biography

In 2006, Justin Spring completed one of the best seasons in the history of Illinois gymnastics. Aside from two NCAA titles and five All-America honors, he received the George Nissen-Emery Award that year, given to the top senior male gymnast in the country. He was also 2006 Big Ten Gymnast of the Year. A Justin Spring appearance also helped the Illini to runner-up finishes at the NCAA and Big Ten Championships. A year after, he placed third in the Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro.

In total, Spring has four NCAA championships, with a pair on high bar and parallel bars, six Big Ten Gymnast of the Week laurels, three Inside Gymnastics’ NCAA Gymnast of the Week honors, and was named to the All-Big Ten first team three times. He also received the Dike Eddleman Athlete of the Year award twice, an award given to Illinois’ top male and female athlete. Spring left his college team a 12-time All-American and as the holder of the Illinois record on the floor exercise, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.

In June 2008, Spring was named to the US Olympic Gymnastic team. His brilliant performance on the vault, parallel bars, high bar, and the floor exercise contributed to the US Team’s bronze medal.

Justin Spring Speaker

Besides his excellent gymnastic skills, a Justin Spring speaker appearance can have him talk about his experience as a coach of the University of Illinois men’s gymnastics team.

Justin Spring Appearance

The first international Justin Spring appearance came while representing the United States at the 2005 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.

Justin Spring Endorsement

With his distinction as the first Illini to ever win a US National title at the 2005 American Cup, as well as his role as key player of the US Team in its quest for victory, a Justin Spring endorsement will be ideal for a company seeking gymnastics and Olympics fans, as well as competitive individuals and companies.
