Mitch Albom first gained fame as a sports columnist for the Detroit Free Press newspaper. Aside from sportswriting, he also does broadcasting, including a regular Mitch Albom appearance on ESPN’s SportsCenter. His radio show airs on WJR radio in Detroit and was simulcast on MSNBC in 2001.
